Hospitality Ministry
Help put smiles on the faces of members and visitors in various ways such as helping to make coffee and set out breakfast snacks; help set up and serve meals at funerals held at Cross Point; set up for Cross Point events, etc.
CPKids Ministry
This is an opportunity to point kids to God and make a difference in their lives. We get to reflect God’s love on them, pray for them, and speak His truths to them. We lead kids from nursery age to 5th grade in 3 different classrooms with 2-3 volunteers at a time. We have a place for you in a classroom, welcoming our families, setting up/cleaning up the classrooms, coordinating and overseeing the volunteers on Sundays, and so much more! Serving in CPKids doesn’t mean you have to teach in a classroom, it means you want to do Kingdom work and make a difference in the lives of God’s young disciples.
Greeting Ministry
Love to smile, talk to people and make them feel welcome? Then this is the team for you! Welcome visitors and members each Sunday morning with a smile, a handshake and some friendly conversation. Show them to the refreshments area, offer them communion, show them to their seat, and just make them feel welcome in our church.
Worship Ministry
Are you passionate about music and looking for a way to serve? Would you like to make music with other people who are passionate about worshiping God? If you are a singer or a musician and you answered “yes” to both of those questions, then Cross Point’s worship team may be a good fit for you!
Technology Ministry
Is working behind-the-scenes more of your thing? Here at Cross Point, we just upgraded a large amount of our behind-the-scenes technology and we’re really excited to train some new volunteers for it. With a team of two you could run our soundboard and video/slides or, if you prefer to work solo, you could run our camera and livestream. Prior experience is not required, we will train you.
